Fiscal Expenditure Efficiency Measurement and Its Convergence Analysis on Aging Undertakings in China: Based on a Global Super-Efficiency Slacks-Based Measure Model

As the aging of China’s population continues to intensify as well deepen, and fiscal support increase, improving efficiency expenditure on undertakings has become key actively responding national strategy sustainable aging. This paper uses a global super-efficiency slacks-based measure model in China from 2011 2020. The results show, firstly, that values are generally increasing. eastern region’s output deficiencies overall; all western, central, except Anhui, northeast, Jilin, provinces have input redundancies shortages. Secondly, relatively effective terms mainly concentrated coastal region; number northeast is gradually Thirdly, excluding region, for regions show convergence trend; when controlling region-specific influencing factors, each region will converge their respective steady-state levels. It concluded trend management positive, levels technology higher east, lower west, less stable more progressive northeast.
